I’m so excited to share my latest surface design collection with you! Inspired by pinkmas with a wild twist, this collection brings together the energy of pink hues and the wild spirit of cheetahs in a fun and fresh way.
What Inspired This Collection?
The inspiration for this collection came from a fun idea I had to combine two current design trends that have been popping up everywhere: animal print and “pinkmas” — a playful twist on traditional Christmas themes using vibrant pinks and modern color palettes.
I’ve always loved how animal prints can evoke a sense of power and untamed beauty, and cheetah print, in particular, stands out as both elegant and edgy. I wanted to take that idea and give it a fresh, contemporary spin, by illustrating fierce and fabulous cheetahs!
At the same time, I’ve been so inspired by the growing trend of "pinkmas," where designers and brands are embracing non-traditional, bold colors for holiday decor. Pink is taking center stage, adding a fun, joyful, and unexpected twist to the season's designs. It’s all about creating a cheerful and festive vibe while keeping things modern and fresh.
By blending both Cheetah & Pinkmas, I knew I could create something truly unique. The result is a design collection that mixes the wild energy of cheetahs with the playful, bold spirit of pink and Christmas cheer. It’s the perfect combination of fierce and festive, making it a standout collection for those looking to add something a little different to their holiday-inspired designs.
