This course is perfect for artists who already have a bit of experience with illustration and pattern design. If you're just starting out, it might be helpful to focus on building your skills before jumping into this course.
This course uses Adobe software, so if you don’t have access to these programs, it could be tricky to follow along with some lessons and assignments.

This course is all about creating surface design collections and pitching them to clients. If this isn’t your current focus, you may want to explore other options.

Moodboard to Market FAQs
-
I suggest setting aside at least 3-6 hours a week for this program. It’s up to you how much time you want to invest, but you’ll need about 1 hour to watch the video lessons each week, 45 minutes for the live Q&A call and portfolio reviews, and a few additional hours to complete the homework each week. The program moves quickly, with weekly lessons and tasks to help you stay on track and create a surface design collection to pitch to potential clients in just 8 weeks!
-
Once you enroll, you'll get instant access to the Welcome resources and Facebook Community. The first video lesson will be available on the Sunday of the program's start date, with new video lessons and resources released every week. The final video lesson will be available on the Sunday of Week 8 and the last live Q&A and Portfolio Review will be on the last Thursday of Week 8.
The lesson content is released weekly to ensure you have plenty of time to focus on each step of the process as you go.
-
I’m sure you’re going to love this program and our amazing community, but if you need to cancel for any reason, you can get a full refund within 1 week of your purchase.
-
You’ll have access to all the program content for a full year after enrollment, and you’ll stay a part of the Facebook Community for as long as you like!
-
I recommend sticking to the weekly schedule so you can make the most of each lesson. We’ll be covering a lot of valuable content in a specific order that mirrors the design process that helped get my art into stores like Target, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and more! Keeping up with the group will enhance your experience during the live portfolio reviews and help you share your progress with the community. But don’t worry, life happens! If you need to take a break, you'll still have access to the program content for a full year.
